I'm wondering if anyone has any updates on this issue. Have families been able to be reimbursed or receive coverage with this billed as 90849? I was trying to find whether the identified patient "youth" has to be present for 90849 to be applied but haven't been able to find much. Would greatly appreciate any update from those who have been providing CPT code for this!
