Enforcing Internet Restrictions

Wondering how people are doing with implementing restrictions with Disney Circle / Apple Screentime. I have a highly dependent young adult family I am working with, and parents have said that based on their research, they have "zero confidence" that this will work. I haven't had issues with it in the past (and use Disney Circle at my home) but wondering what others have found?

I’ve found that SPACE Treatment can be very effective without using punishment of any kind, including restrictions on “screen time”. The whole philosophy of SPACE seems to be about setting limits, giving empathy, holding the limit, rinse and repeat, not doing things TO the child/teen to gain compliance.
