Diagnosis in SPACE
I am a SPACE provider for a clinical practice and am wondering if others are working with parents only, when the child is unwilling or unable to participate. If so, how are you diagnosing the child, or is it appropriate to identify the parent as the patient and diagnose accordingly (i.e. adjustment D/O, etc).

Here at Yale we evaluate child and parent whenever possible. If not possible we will base evaluation on parent report only. Interested to hear what others are doing. Eli
