I need some pointers on what I can do as a parent to help my child through these and get her feeling better. Any suggestions

During a panic attack, you need to 1) just be there, telling her that you know that this is scary and that you're there for her. 2) offer her something to distract such as watching a favourite show, looking at fun videos or photos on a phone or even taking a bath or shower. Panic attacks last about 15 minutes so this distraction time is vital. Later, when the panic attack has passed, later that day or the next day, go for a walk together one-on-one ideally and ask her what she worries about. You can acknowledge her feelings about X even if you don't agree with her. “Even though X stresses you out/makes you feel scared/worried, I know you can learn to handle these worries and still be ok. Remember, this is a process and you'll get better at supporting your daughter.
