Suggestions for books for teens to read about anxiety

    in Professional Forum

A clinician is working with a 14-yr old male who wants to read some books to learn more about anxiety and coping skills. I have books that I have read about anxiety or manuals I have used, but I'm not sure about which books might be appropriate for this teen to read. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!!

I really like the books Stuff That Sucks and Stuff That's Loud for teens: https://www.amazon.com/Stuff-That-Sucks-Accepting-Committing/dp/1626258651/ref=pd_lpo_14_t_1/135-5062044-3006319?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=1626258651&pd_rd_r=c1669422-b09f-4e29-ab4c-45f2b8661211&pd_rd_w=bF1at&pd_rd_wg=KQ5nl&pf_rd_p=7b36d496-f366-4631-94d3-61b87b52511b&pf_rd_r=C10RXSAGQEAHCC1VSVYG&psc=1&refRID=C10RXSAGQEAHCC1VSVYG
